Sydney Award went to Australia Day Honours recipients <strong>Prof Patricia Armati AM &amp; Dr Roberta Chow AM <\/strong>for their work at the Sydney University Nerve Research Foundation\u00a0(a beneficiary of SEBA\u2019s past fundraising).<\/p><p>Both were made Members of the Order of Australia \u2013 Patsy for significant service to medical research in the field of neuroscience, to tertiary education, and to the community \u2013 Roberta for significant service to medicine as a clinician, and to pioneering developments in the use of laser therapy techniques for chronic pain management.<span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section Sydney Award recipients were\u00a0<strong>Barry &amp; Joy Lambert<\/strong>.\u00a0 Amongst other things, the Lamberts have donated $33.4M to the University of Sydney for what is called the Lambert Initiative for Cannabinoid Therapeutics.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
